"SP3" Levels 1&2
Introducing Diamond Training's Softball-Specific Athlete Training Program
We take softball players of any level and through multidimensional training, create opportunities for athletes to reach the highest levels of advancement in our game. Participate with live instructors three times a week from the safety and comfort of your own home, or the convenience of anywhere you want to be, as workouts are formatted and adapted to be flexible in any environment and with any level of accessibility to training equipment - living room, garage, driveway, backyard, park...train anywhere with Diamond Training!

Different from any other speed, strength, & agility program out there, classes include specific softball movements coached by
Accomplished Former D1 Softball Athletes that understand the softball body & game!

Coaches are Certified in Strength,
Conditioning, Nutrition & Leadership.

SP3 Level 1
Developing Softball Specific Athleticism for Maximum Performance and Injury Prevention
This class is for the softball players who are looking to build a foundation of good stability, strong movements, and increase in power, strength, & explosiveness for the movements of our game. Everything taught will help stabilize the joints & strengthen muscles for injury prevention.
We suggest this class for softball players who are in their 1st-4th year of playing.

SP3 Level 2
Developing Softball Specific Athleticism for Maximum Performance and Injury Prevention
Building upon the movements in Level 1, workouts will be focused on building a stronger, more explosive foundation for the movements of our game, preparing kids for high school & college level strength & conditioning workouts.
We suggest this class for softball players who are in their year 4-8 of playing softball and have a good stable joint, balance, & muscle foundation.
